All parking reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. No refunds on parking, once paid. It is recommended that all trailers are secured with commercial grade 5th wheel and back door locks while on site. Not responsible for lost cargo due to theft. For trailer drops, we also ask that you have wood to place underneath landing gear. Unauthorized parking is subject to a $2500 “Squatter” fine in addition to other fees. No hazardous cargo allowed.
